Had to chime in on here, there's a couple people that are trying to besmirch the good reputation and good name of Arete. So let me tell you our experience, we've been working with this family for the past 5-6 years on a number of projects, from coffee to shaved ice to burger stands, they have been by far the most professional, best quality builds we have had done, and just all around good hearted people. We've had a number of issues arise over the years, this is typical, anyone who knows restaurants knows this. In fact a word of warning, this industry is not for the soft. Arete has fixed or helped us with EVERY, SINGLE, ISSUE we have had on all of our trailers for the past 5 years. & I can't begin to explain how impressive that is. We have 6 operations under Tyson ranch here in Florida. we also have operations now in DFW, guess who's got the contract to supply our vendors? We'd choose nobody else at this pt. If you want to get real feedback, contact a real restauranteur, don't trust a couple bad apples on here with no experience in the game. Arete is the real deal.

Just a top notch service. We were scammed recently on alibaba and made the mistake thinking that the trailer would be the same as these others. We soon learned after 7 months that it would be seized from the customs and border protection. Arete even warns of this exact scenario, but it was too late when we started. After more deep searching, and working with several quotes, Arete stood out to us as the most straight shooter, and made sure to ask us about our local health codes. All the interactions were great, just a solid group of guys here. They arranged the delivery, guided us over the phone and the quality is excellent. After operating a few months we have no complaints.

Me and my husband have been operating our little food trailer for a little over a year and we are very satisfied with arete's services and the trailer they built for us.  Out of the 3 food truck/trailers we've had, and the companies we've worked with, Arete has been our best experience. We've realized a 12 ft is perfect for what we want to do, it gave us more options for event space, and we just couldn't believe the affordability they offered and the speed in which they process everything. It was almost alarming, but we read all the great reviews and decided to try our luck again. When we received the trailer, it came earlier than anticipated, and now after a year, all we can say is their service has been one of the most exceptional experiences with any company. Taylor and Andrew have been especially diligent with us all the way. We had only a handful of small issues in the first year, which says a lot in this business where everything breaks down, but surprisingly our little trailer has been more reliable than our other trucks. They have gone beyond their scope of coverage in helping us resolve any issue. We get so many compliments on our trailer, and are more than happy to recommend Arete, they are just all around great people.

These guys are top notch. First of all the pricing is online, who else does that?? I shopped around a bit, looking at builders across the country, but save yourself some time, Arete is by far the best price. And what really surprised us is the quality, when we came down to their showroom, its small, but they have each model there to show, and you can see for yourself. We can attest ours came in exactly as shown, there's no hidden fees or anything. The best thing about these guys, its a small family business, and they really take care of you, solid stand up guys here. Other places we called were a little short with us and these guys lay everything out for you first time you call in, in about 5 minutes. The first of many, we will be ordering again soon, Arete you guys were really amazing, thank you.

I have never experienced such AMAZING customer service and professionalism in my entire life!!! When making a huge purchase like this, you definitely want people who care and are willing to go ABOVE AND BEYOND! If I could give 10 stars I ABSOLUTELY would do it!!! Keep up the good work!!

First off, let me say thank you Arete. These guys really helped fully explain everything down to a tee in terms of the laws, and the ins and outs of this industry.
Here's the reasons why I went with Arete over a fully American builder;
1. They made the process as easy & straight forward as possible. I was working on this in my spare time, and once I found these guys it was almost too good to be true how easy the whole process was. They could've had us ready in the first week, but we were still shopping.
2. Their styles! So unique, usually we see box style food trucks, but once I seen the Rounder and all the possibilities with branding, I used my first impression to see how our customers would also react. So far I was right, we get compliments daily.
3. Customer service! We worked with John through the whole thing, and I was really happy at their ability to explain things and attention to detail, a good experience.
4. The cost for an American approved trailer. We were certain that if we were to work with someone outside US it probably would need upgrades, but we found that they are based here in the states, and work on the electrical, gas, and appliances, and the whole thing is made to pass all the proper American channels. Even our county inspector was really impressed at the trailers quality and said he wished that all other trailers were built like this.

In all, we are very grateful with what Arete offered, the idea of purchasing something this big without seeing it is kind of daunting, but in our opinion seems to be the best bang for our buck, and we have had much success in the past year

I enjoyed every aspect of working with Arete. They were so helpful and their work is impeccable. I was so excited to start my new business and Arete made that a reality for me. They paid attention to every aspect of the specifications I gave them. I love my trailer and so do my customers. I would highly recommend their services. We LOVE our trailer! Arete was so helpful throughout the process, and by far the best price, one of the best customer services we've ever encountered. Best price doesn't always mean cheap, although its not made in the states, what is anymore, the fact this was our first go, the value this company offers was simply the best. It was a long process, but anytime we reached out, they responded quick within a day! and would always update us with photos on the progress and the timeline.
